Follow these steps :

1. At first, create a new folder in your specified directory.

2. Now right click on the folder and choose 'Rename' option or press F2 button to rename it.

3. Now press and hold  'Alt' key and press 0160 or 255 and then press Enter, then your folder will become nameless, as shown below --

Note :

• While typing the numbers, make sure that your Numlock is On.
• For it to work on your laptop you need to keep holding down the Alt key but additionally you will also have to hold the FN (function) key and then type the numbers "0160"

4. Now right click on the nameless folder and then go to Properties ® Customize ® Change Icon , as shown below --

5. Now in the 'Change Icon' tray select "Blank Icon" (which is transparent) and then click OK® Apply® OK , as shown below --

6. Done !!! Now you have successfully made an invisible folder without any name.
