1. First go to Run by pressing 'Windows Key + R' button and write gpedit.msc in the Run dialog box and then click OK.

2. After clicking OK, a new window "Local Group Policy Editor" will open. Now double click on 'Computer Configuration', as shown below --

3. Now double click on 'Administrative Templates' to proceed further.

4. Now double click on 'Network' option to go ahead.

5. Now again double click on 'QoS Packet Scheduler' option.

6. Now double click on 'Limit Reservable Bandwith' option and you will be redirected to a new window.

7. Now finally a new window will open named 'Limit Reservable Bandwith' on which this trick is based. There click on Enable button and change the bandwith limit (%) from 20 to 0 and then click OK , as shown below --

8. Done ! Now restart your computer for the changes to take place, then connect your internet and you will feel a difference in speed. Enjoy fast Internet Speed in your Windows.
